The house sleeps 8+ in four beautiful bedrooms (1 master bedroom with private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds and pull out matress). It has a fantastic spacious lounge and kitchen which open onto a private terrace with heated pool (heated from May-Sept), external grill and outside dining area. There is also access to private parkland, with a gypsy caravan, for picnics and quiet meditation. Close to Beziers & Carcassonne airports. This haven of tranquility looks out over the Haute Languedoc national park. Our property is home to rare wildlife such as the bonellis and short toed eagles eagle, orchids and countless butterflies, yet is near to markets, wonderful restaurants & wineries, the historic town of Minerve & the Canal du Midi. Our holiday home is perfect for hiking, biking, riding, sightseeing, birdwatching, or simply relaxing by the pool. Le Grand Duc can be rented with the Petit Duc to sleep up to 15 people in two adjacent properties with two private pools.
